At Vine & Ivy Flowers we understand you may have questions and trepidations during the threat of (COVID-19).
Please know we are here to serve you as well as we can while being safe and doing what is best for the community. Remember that flowers offer a sense of calm and peace even in a time of uncertainty. If you cannot be present for your loved one, know that you can send your thoughts and love with flowers.
While many of you are not able to travel or be there for certain events please know that as long as we can we will continue to express your thoughts and sentiments with flowers in your absence. We are still accepting phone, online, facetime delivery orders as well as curbside (non-contact) pickup.
To ALL clients:
Our retail storefront is closed. All orders can be placed online through our website or via phone for pick-up or delivery. Payment by credit card will be accepted through both channels.
We are now offering curbside pick-up. Please call upon your arrival and a team member have your order ready on our back porch.
We will call the recipient before attempting the delivery to notify them. Our delivery team will leave the floral arrangement at the door and follow up immediately with a phone call to notify the recipient. In adherence to social distancing guidelines, we will not ring the doorbell or knock.
To our funeral/ sympathy clients:
We have contacted our funeral homes and while they are not allowing gatherings of greater than 10 people, they are accepting sympathy floral deliveries.
To our everyday occasion clients (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays):
We are happy to deliver to your loved ones at their home addresses (this excludes our normal trips to nursing homes and hospitals) with a No-Contact method of delivery by leaving flowers on a doorstep and or secure area.
To brides and event clients:
We will accommodate each wedding/event on a case by case basis. We are happy to reschedule or negotiate a later date in the event you are not able to hold your event in the coming weeks.
To corporate and standing order clients:
If you need to reschedule or postpone your redeliveries please notify us ASAP. We are always happy to work with you and make adjustments to suit your needs.
Safety Measures that Align with Social Distancing and CDC Recommendations:
In order to ensure safety and health for our community and staff here is what we are doing.
- Wellness check each day with limited staff
- Disinfecting our shop, workspaces and delivery vehicle each morning and afternoon
- Offering touch-less curbside pick up
- Adopting NO-Contact deliveries- Where we leave your delivery at the door
- Accepting credit card payments by phone, and payments by CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo
